Mike is the Director of Attestation and Tax. Mike has over 25 years of tax and financial experience. He has a broad range of tax experience that includes business and tax planning, financial and budgeting forecasts, review of corporate, partnership, trust, individual tax returns, as well as multi-state returns. In addition, Mike provides tax and business consulting services to a broad client base, including clients in the construction, manufacturing, service and real estate industries.

Before forming Trimarco Radencich, LLC, Mike worked with several regional accounting firms serving the Chicagoland area and suburbs.

Mike is a member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society. He is also a committee member of the Illinois CPA Society's Flow-Through Entities Committee and an affiliate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He was a former member of the Chicago Builder Congress (CBC) and Association of Subcontractors & Affiliates (ASA). He frequently serves as lecturer to various organizations on current tax matters.

Mike received his B.S in Accounting from Minot State University, Minot, North Dakota and M.S. in Taxation from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois
