George is the Managing Partner and the Director of Taxation for Trimarco Radencich, LLC. He has over 35 years of tax and financial experience. Prior to the formation of Trimarco Radencich, LLC,  George was employed by a Big Four Accounting Firm’s tax department, a partner in regional accounting firms and was the managing tax director in charge of the Naperville office of a national accounting company. George has diversified federal and multi-state compliance and consulting experience with domestic and international corporations. He also has extensive experience with the construction, service and real estate industries and provides income, trust and estate tax planning for high net worth individuals. He also works closely with small business owners and their S Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies.

George is a member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society. He served as a committee member for the Association of Subcontractors & Affiliates (ASA) and was formerly a board member for the Underground Contractors Association (UCA) and Metropolitan Family Services of DuPage County. George was the Treasurer of the Naperville Country Club (2000 - 2005). He currently is a board member of the Palumbo Family Foundation. He frequently speaks to various organizations on current tax matters.
